What an amazing ordeal our bodies take in illness. Our inability to get back to our everyday lives affects not just us but the world of people around us. They are the forgotten heroes who step up to the plate and get us through - the Co-Survivors. But give yourself credit too. It takes a change in attitude to let go of the reins, lose control and let those people take over. It is a team of HELP that take us on our next journey.
