Post operative rehabilitation after mastectomy

I have got cancer in my left breast. My doctor asked me to get my left breast removed before it spreads to the other one. I am planning to undergo a mastectomy procedure next week. I have read that one needs to take rest for at least four weeks after the surgery.
My husband has got chicken pox and I think it is not safe to stay at home after the surgery. The doctor recommended me to a clinic which provides post operative rehabilitation services ( http://dynamicphysiotherapy.ca/programs/post-operativesurgical-rehabilitation/ ) in Burlington.
Is there any way to reduce the risk of getting chicken pox while staying with an infected person? I am already weak. I don’t want to get an infection too. Please give some genuine replies and suggestions. Thanks in advance.
